Rather than protecting our assessment funds, she routinely executes contracts without mandatory board consensus, suppresses competitive bidding to protect preferred vendors, and wastes resources on temporary fixes instead of permanent structural repairs to our closed amenities. Beyond her financial mismanagement, her leadership has been marked by toxic conduct—from mocking and blocking homeowners seeking answers to documented calls for residents to take their own lives—making her immediate removal necessary to restore transparency, financial accountability, and basic human decency to our association.

Current concern: This is a direct call for board accountability and immediate corrective action. We are asking for leadership that follows the bylaws, protects assessment dollars, and treats residents with basic respect.

Issues Raised in This Petition

  • Bylaws Violations: The board president, Stephany Simper, has repeatedly ignored the community's bylaws — the very rules that govern how this HOA must operate.
